I am already planning lessons for the next six week blocks. This is your chance to have an input on what we do. Suggestions to date are:-
- Eagle Ka breath
- More Surya Namaskar (yes more!)
- Different Yin Yoga postures
- Focus on abdominals
- Balances that don’t involve standing on one leg
