Whilst I make every effort to maintain a sense of fun and informality in my classes it is still work and also my livelihood. Can I ask you………..
* To pay on or before week one of each six week block so I don’t have to suffer the embarrassment of asking you to pay me please?
* To let me know if you are unable to attend your session so that I then know how many people to expect at any specific class? Sometimes we could have started a little earlier had we not been waiting for someone to arrive.
* To let me know before the start of a six week block if you don’t want your place? You could be giving someone else the opportunity to join the group. If you don’t let me know then someone is going to miss week one which is the foundation session of each block.
* To give me as much notice as possible if you have booked onto a workshop and are then unable to attend? These events are busy and I usually have a waiting list. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy so I can credit you if you give me more than 48 hours notice, otherwise it is likely you will forfeit your payment as it is difficult to fill a place at such short notice.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your co-operation in these matters. It’s important that the classes and my business run smoothly. Thank you. 🙂
