I would like to inform new students, that to guarantee your place when enrolling, I require payment for the full block in advance. Last month I had a new lady turn up who hadn’t booked on and didn’t have enough money with her. As I didn’t want to turn her away, I allowed her to participate in the class and told her how much money to bring the following week. This included the price of a belt she bought. I haven’t seen her since, so my business has suffered a loss due to my own kindness.
It saddens me that I have to impose rules like this but I am running a business.
