*** Monday Evening Yoga ***

OK, here goes. For those who attend Monday evening class the next block will be somewhat disjointed due to Bank Holidays and my Zip Wire ride. So, here are the dates of the classes plus the dates when you need to remember NOT to turn up. If you wish to supplement the weeks where there is no class on the Monday please book onto another class that week. It’s £5.50 per session.
21st April – Easter Monday – NO CLASS
28th April – Week one
5th May – May Day Bank Holiday – NO CLASS
12th May – Week two
19th May – Zip Wire ride – NO CLASSES ALL WEEK
26th May – Spring Bank Holiday – NO CLASS
2nd June – Week three
9th June – Week four
16th June – Week five
23rd June – Week six
Then it’s back to “normal” until August Bank Holiday.

*** Workshop Update ***

There are still a couple of spaces left for the workshop on 30th March. Pre-book and pre-pay if you wish to come along. Turning up and paying on the day is no longer an option for the workshops, I’m afraid.

Two places have already been booked for the workshop on 11th May. The theme is “Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway” and will enable participants to explore postures that they might not usually attempt during their weekly class attendance.

Please get in touch if you wish to book.

*** School Holiday Classes ***

I need to decide whether to run my Thursday morning class at Loundsley Green Community Centre during the school holidays. During term time the class is well attended but numbers drop when the kids are off. It’s £6 per session and everyone is welcome. Please let me know if you’re interested in coming along 🙂

*** Have an Input ***

I am already planning lessons for the next six week blocks. This is your chance to have an input on what we do. Suggestions to date are:-

  • Eagle Ka breath
  • More Surya Namaskar (yes more!)
  • Different Yin Yoga postures
  • Focus on abdominals
  • Balances that don’t involve standing on one leg

Is there anything you’d like to add to this list? You can post on my Facebook group, e mail or text me. Or announce it to the whole group and see how the others react! I look forward to hearing your ideas….. 🙂
