Starting on Wednesday 21st January at Unit 1 on Brimington Road, Chesterfield, S41 7UW. It’s 9:30 until 11:00am, £7 per session and based on a weekly payment scheme. Please let me know if you would like to book on.  🙂

*** Lesson Planning for Home Practice ***

One of my students recently handed me a piece of paper with an outline of a lesson plan she had written for her home practice. She asked me if I would check it, which I was happy to do. I made some minor adjustments and Jackie is going to try and work to her own plan over the festive break. If any of you have an idea of how you wish to develop your personal practice please do let me know if I can help in any way. After all, that’s what you pay me for.

*** Monday and Tuesday Evening Classes ***

I have students currently booking onto the blocks that start in the New Year.  All I ask is that if you don’t want your place, please let me know as I have waiting lists for both of these classes.

*** Full To Overflowing ***

Just to let you know that Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening classes are all full with waiting lists. If you have been asked to go onto one of these waiting lists I will be in touch when spaces become available.
I do have plenty of room on my Wednesday evening class at North Wingfield Community Resource Centre so if anyone fancies switching their evening and joining me there please let me know. Thank You! 🙂

 

*** Any Requests? ***

I am already writing the lesson plans for the next block. I’ve had several requests for different postures. Would anyone else like to contribute?
So far I’ve been asked to include Yin Yoga, postures for lower back strength, crow, camel and dragonfly.
