All my evening classes are now fully booked with waiting lists.  Whilst this is wonderful for me, it does mean that if you choose to give a six week block a miss, I can’t guarantee you’ll get your place back when you decide to return.  I am sorry that this is the case but the people on the waiting list deserve a chance at a space, as and when one becomes available.

And this time our winner is number 141. The winner has won a six week block and has nominated Ashgate Hospice as their chosen charity, who will be receiving a donation on their behalf.  The next Lottery is due to be drawn on 3rd August.  If you are interested in buying a ticket, they are only £1 and are available at all of my classes and workshops.

Those who come to my classes know that I am doing some teacher training to enable me to convert my current teaching diploma to the newer BWYQ level 4 teaching diploma. As part of this conversion I need to be observed and assessed by The British Wheel Of Yoga. I am pleased to inform you that my Thursday morning class has been chosen. This observation will take place in July or September. Please let me reassure those who come to the class that BWY are observing me and not you so there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Please don’t forget the only way to guarantee your place on the workshops is to pre-book and pay. Sixteen people have already assured their places on the next workshop on 22nd June. If you would like to come along please let me know as soon as possible. There are only a handful of places left.

Whilst I make every effort to maintain a sense of fun and informality in my classes it is still work and also my livelihood. Can I ask you………..
* To pay on or before week one of each six week block so I don’t have to suffer the embarrassment of asking you to pay me please?
* To let me know if you are unable to attend your session so that I then know how many people to expect at any specific class? Sometimes we could have started a little earlier had we not been waiting for someone to arrive.
* To let me know before the start of a six week block if you don’t want your place? You could be giving someone else the opportunity to join the group. If you don’t let me know then someone is going to miss week one which is the foundation session of each block.
* To give me as much notice as possible if you have booked onto a workshop and are then unable to attend? These events are busy and I usually have a waiting list. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy so I can credit you if you give me more than 48 hours notice, otherwise it is likely you will forfeit your payment as it is difficult to fill a place at such short notice.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your co-operation in these matters. It’s important that the classes and my business run smoothly. Thank you. 🙂
